INTRODUCTION

The ISO 9000 series provides industry with an excellent model for business process improvement. This is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and 8 quality management principles. To ensure continued maximum effectiveness, a quality management system requires regular performance assessment. This is best achieved by using competent auditors with a good understanding of process auditing and comprehensive knowledge of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.

Benefit for Participants:

On successfully completing the course, delegates will be capable of performing effective audits of company's quality management systems and reporting the outcome. They will be able to determine whether or not organization meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The course is registered by IRCA (Certificate number A17092). Delegates who successfully complete the course assessment and written examination will fulfill the training requirements for certification as an IRCA QMS Auditor and Lead Auditor.

Terms and Conditions for Easy Installments Plan - EIP:

 

1. (1) All delegates availing easy installments plan understand that EIP is the corporate social responsibility initiative for 2012 of Infovision Consultants W. L. L. to support citizens, residents and SMEs willing to exel through Infovision trainings.


2. (2) All delegates availing easy installments plan (EIP) need to transfer payment to Infovision Consultants W. L. L. global account in HSBC, Bahrain before 5th of every month.


3. (3) All delegates or companies interested in registration in easy installments plan has to sign a legal undertaking and contract .


4. (4) Delegates under Easy Installments plan will provide guaranty from his/er guarantter to Infovision Consultants W. L. L.


5. (5) Delegate and his/er guarantter has to present valid copies of their passport and local resident permit/iqama/CR


6. (6) Delegate will be required to present a letter (on company’s letterhead with sign and stamp) from his company or sponsor to ensure that the delegate will not leave the country on final exist and under such circumstance the company will be liable to pay the outstanding amount.


7. (7) Registrations once confirmed can not be cancelled and registration fee is non-refundable.


8. (8) Delegate based on initial registration fee will be registered in the program and training will be imparted.


9. (9) Training organization or its partners or franchisees will not be liable to provide examination results or tutor continuous assessment results till 100% payments are cleared.


10. (10) Certificate of successful achievement or certificate of course attendance will be handed over only after receiving 100% payment from delegate


11. (11) Delegates to provide copies of payment receipts to training coordination section of Infovision Consultants as evidence of payment of 100% course fee.


12. (12) Defaulting delegate will be automatically blacklisted from participating in any future trainings offered by Infovision or its partners


13. (13) Delegate releases Infovision Consultants W. L. L. and AJA Academy Europe and its management, employees or their hiers from any legal or financial obligations as result of their contract with these organizations


14. (14) Delay in monthly installment will result in additional penalty of extra USD 2 per day of delay and fee of appointed collector


15. (15) Incase of non-payment Infovision Consultants W. L. L. or AJA Academy Europe reserves the right to forward case to competent court or any arbitrator or collection agency appointed by Infovision Consultants and fee for court including lawyer fee or arbitrator fee or collector fee will be 100% responsibility of defaulting delegate irrespective of decision of court or arbitrator in favor of delegate.


16. (16) These terms and conditions and legal contract are governed by courts of Bahrain only.


17. (17)Training organization may offer special discount to delegates paying in 100% cash at time of registration.
